The Dixons
The property in Monroe County belong to my Dad. He loved to hunt and eventually we called it "The Deer Camp". We have wonderful memories there--hunting, camping, (ladies in our RV with generator since the cabin had no electricity!); riding the 4-wheelers, hiking, etc. When my parents died, my brother David & I inherited the land in equal parts and continued to enjoy our outings there.
After my brother died, his wife & son decided to sell their part and this last year, Everett & I agreed it was time to sell---trips hunting/camping were few & far between.
I called my sister-in-law and she had used FD Bell and highly recommended her to us! (If you know Debbie, she is a "perfectionist" and would deal with noone but "the Best!")
So we contacted FD and from the moment we spoke to her on the phone, we just seemed to "connect"! This was not our "first rodeo"....we have bought & sold land, apartments, a condo & a beach townhome and have dealt with several Realtors! Some good experiences---some, not so good! But we have NEVER dealt with one any better than FD Bell! It was the easiest experience we have ever had with a Realtor!
FD was very professional; she was extremely friendly and was very patient with our questions; She was available 24/7 whether it was a text, an email or a phone call; she was never in a rush when I would contact her; she always returned my text, emails & call promptly. I can't say enough about FD....she was wonderful and the whole experience was smooth, easy and enjoyable! When we decide to sell our Beach House, she will be my first call.
I don't know who is going to read this, but if you are wanting to sell or buy property, Everett & I highly recommend FD Bell! Not only an awesome Realtor but a lovely lady! You can't go wrong!
We left the attorney's office after signing all the papers feeling Blessed to have met & hired FD! We both felt we had gained a "family member"!
Thank you, FD!!
