With a career spanning over 2 decades, FD's real estate career began in the late 90s representing clients in commercial real estate transactions in Central Florida for St. Joe Company - Arvida Commercial, which was acquired by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. FD has been a partner in founding multiple Brokerages both in the midwest and southeast, serving land, commercial, and estate clients. She is currently an Associate Broker with Bowers and Burns Real Estate Co., a land focused brokerage. FD is founder and Director of Academy of Land Specialists, a real estate education school approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. As Director of Academy of Land Specialists, FD has developed a series of continuing education courses from Conservation, Wetlands - Mitigation, to The Basics of Land Brokerage. FD understands the importance of professional continuing education to better serve her clients, as well as being a support to and contributing member of the associations and committees that are the heart of the real estate profession.
